Fresh Farm Produce

Our Yellow onions are your go-to cooking onions. This onion has yellow skin and a strong flavor due to its high sulphur content, which mellows out during cooking, becoming sweet and flavorful. Its ability to hold up to heat makes it great for caramelizing and roasting.

Our Carrots are well-shaped with firm, smooth exteriors. The color is vibrant orange to orange-red. For best quality, the tops are closely trimmed to avoid rapid decay.

Our Cucumbers are firm without blemishes or soft spots. They are dark green in colour without any yellow spots, which indicates they are not overly ripe. Perfect for fresh summer salads.

Our Cabbages are large, dense, and have a firm head. We pride ourselves in having cabbages which are heavy in size and which have bright colorful and crisp leaves without any crack or bruising
